Frank − Mr. Professor

Doctor Frank Mc Govern – is an ideological inspiration and one of the founders of the “Oxford Klass” English schools chain.

A Doctor of Philosophy, a professor of Oxford University and a founder of the Oxford Overseas Tutorials Language School, Oxford, England.

He teaches the language in notable universities in Great Britain, Russia and at “Oxford Klass”. Gives lectures in the History of the English Language, English Literature and poetry, and the History of England.

In addition to the above, he speaks Russian perfectly, reads Dostoyevskiy in the original and has defended a dissertation on the creative work of Tarkovskiy. And, maybe this seems strange, but he is keen on aviation.
